Despite continued Brexititus

the market has kicked off with a fair amount of activity in September.

We have been instructed by a number of established clients to advise on central London lease matters and potential relocations. Almost all our clients (even the professionals) have their hearts set on"warehouse" style offices.

We are noticing a fair amount of deals are being done right now, but generally only big space (where there are supply shortages) and really great smaller spaces are being taken. "Average" smaller space seems to be staying on the market forever. We have a list of almost 30 properties to inspect for one of our 4000 sq ft searches!

Meantime, our serviced office desk have just arranged for Sensical Serivces to take a great new office in Blackfriars.
