CFK TENANT ADVISORY TEAM AGREE NIL INCREASE FOR EHS 4D GROUP ON THEIR 47K SQ FT CLERKENWELL HQ

Our tenant advisory team have agreed nil increase on a rent review dating back to June 2011. This was agreed at the "11th hour", just before the matter was left to be decided by an independent arbitrator.

Our seasoned tenant team of Ian Kitchener & Ramsay Mason were pleased to agree this matter amicably, prior to arbitration.

Other recent successes acting for tenants include nil increase agreed for Eurosport TV, and Clintons solicitors on a further 15,000 sq ft of office space in Covent Garden.
