We were delighted to be chosen by the tenant of Spring House to let their 22,000 sq ft educational building on the Holloway Rd, close to Highbury Corner. But we warned it could take a while to find another tenant to take 22,000 sq ft of space, which could only be used for educational purposes.
When we placed Spring House on the market, we immediately encountered strong demand from a number of educational users, and within days had the entire building under offer to London School of Accountancy & Management, who have now completed a lease.
A swift resolution for our clients who have now asked CFK to market a further 14,000 sq ft of educational space in Kennington.
