Ian Kitchener

Ian is an extremely active Central London office agent, specialising in the West End and Midtown office markets. He also has a growing practice providing investment advice for longstanding clients on commercial properties throughout the UK.

Ian Kitchener Ian graduated from Keele university with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and went on to obtain a Post Graduate diploma in Property Valuation and Law from City University London.

He has advised Central London office landlords and occupiers for over 20 years. He loves negotiating favourable deals and also insinctively understands that if you want to transact effectively, the other side needs to take something away as well!

In essence Ian is an out and out agent who loves enabling deals. His philosophy is to reduce sometimes tricky property conundrums into simple plans of action. "If you can't explain the issue to your elderly grandmother, you probably dont understand it yourself..."

Ian lives in North London with his wife and 3 young children.

Michael Fraser

Michael Fraser As a long term player in this sophisticated market, Michael has built up extensive knowledge of the locations, the owners, the rental values, and possibly most importantly, has developed very solid contacts with the other agents or brokers working in the hub of the office market. This experience gives him a considerable advantage when both trying to source suitable office space and when negotiating the best possible terms for the end user.

This same information provides the much needed answers for landlords when empty office space needs to be upgraded to attract new tenants, and when advice is given to owners of buildings that are due to be redeveloped

Michael Fraser started in the property market in 1970, at that time based in the City of London. Having decided to concentrate on the Central London office market, he moved to the West End, and was based for many years in the heart of St. James's, London SW1. The CFK team have now moved to offices close to Oxford Circus, this now being perceived as one of the best locations to cover all of the Central London office areas.

He owns up to enjoying what he does, not only based on being able to concentrate on a complex but clearly defined area, but also dealing with the wide variety of different people and the very diverse types of commercial activities pursued. Each type of commercial activity has different space needs, and the ways that these have continued to evolve have provided great interest The ability to use this knowledge to advise both occupiers on the various types of building and landlords on how to produce and equip buildings to meet the varied demands of the market is a vital ingredient

Ramsay Mason

Ramsay MasonRamsay Mason is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is our senior professional consultant, specialising in landlord & tenant advice including rent reviews, lease renewals and arbitration upon a range of property including offices, shops and industrial premises. For many years he has applied his extensive experience on behalf of both landlords and tenants on Central London offices and has settled important rent reviews by negotiation and arbitration.

Ramsay is also highly experienced in the asset management of commercial property, investment acquisition and disposal and development appraisal throughout the United Kingdom which often involves the understanding of complex appraisal techniques where he has acted on behalf of many of the well known companies such as Land Securities, Great Portland Estates, Canada Life, Credit Suisse and The Royal Bank of Scotland. He also advises a range of private property investors and occupiers.

Ramsay's family background is one of surveying and the sea and the tradition of the former continues with both his daughters and a son working in property and his other son reading Estate management. As a keen sailor he seeks any excuse to get afloat - his worst is taking clients "corporate sailing"!
